Case Study: Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center
LUFT supported the launch of The Human Intracranial Electrophysiology Consortium, a cross disciplinary initiative bringing together neuroscientists, bioengineers, and clinicians within Dartmouth Health.
The challenge was not visual identity. It was clarity.
The consortium involved multiple departments, research priorities, and patient facing considerations. Without a shared articulation of purpose, collaboration slowed and communication with patients and internal stakeholders lacked precision.
LUFT clarified the mission, audience, and operating intent of the initiative, then translated that clarity into a simple public facing web portal. The result was a single source of truth that aligned internal teams and clearly communicated the work to external participants.
The portal was delivered on schedule and adopted immediately by the consortium as the primary communication surface for the initiative.
Outcome: faster internal alignment, clearer patient communication, and a public-facing asset that reflected the seriousness of the work - delivered on time and adopted immediately.
